In his office, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, welcomed this morning a delegation from Huawei Eng. Amany Sayed, the Director of Academy Development, Huawei, and Eng. Ibrahim Sa 'fan, the Telecom Company's telecommunications expert. It was attended by Prof. Dr.  Yasser Amon, the Dean of the Faculty of Computer and Information.

Moreover, The SU President stated that he had discussed with the attendees the possibility of non-traditional academic programs at the Faculty of Computer and Information with the participation and support of Huawei, intending to provide new academic pathways capable of keeping up with the demands of the labor market.

The delegation then went to the Faculty of Computer and Information, where an induction seminar was organized within the framework of the cooperation between Suez University and Huawei Technology Company, in preparation for the launch of the Huawei 2023 competition. This seminar covered an induction lecture on modern 5G communications technology and its application.

It is worth mentioning that the Huawei competition is a competition between Egyptian talents in the field of information technology and qualifies the best talents to finish in the North African sector and then participate in international competitions in China.
