Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Sharif Mohamed Fahmy, Dean of the Faculty of Science, The Faculty of Science receives a Chinese delegation from Jiao Tong Shanghai University and Jiaxing University from 7 to 12 November 2023.

The visit included a scientific lecture by Prof. Dr. Rhonghou liu, a Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, entitled “Research and Development of Biomass Conversion Technologies.”

In addition to another lecture by Prof. Dr. Weixing Cao, Professor at Jiaxing University entitled: “Effects of zeolite and trace elements on biogas production from alkaline hydrogen peroxide pretreated sweet sorghum bagasse slurry.”

The lecture is on Wednesday, 8 November, at 12.00 a.m.
