In the presence of SU President… Flag Salute Ceremony is conducted at Suez University

In the presence of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnigjal, SU President, Suez University organized a Flag salute ceremony today with the participation of the SU Vice-President, deans of faculties, faculty staff members, university employees, and students from various faculties.

The ceremony began with a minute of mourning for the lives of the nation's martyrs from the army and the police in the various wars fought by Egypt. Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Ayad, Director of the SU Military Education Administration, delivered a speech in which he congratulated the attendees for the new academic year. He stressed that Egypt's great army will remain the shield of the homeland protecting its abilities, wishing everyone success in the new academic year.

In his speech, the SU President thanked the Egyptian President Abdelfattah El-Sisi for his valuable confidence and the issuance of the republican decision to appoint Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal as President of Suez University. Hnijal also promised to exert every effort to meet all expectations placed upon him and thanked former SU President Al-Sharqawi's achievements over the past period, as well as Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Atta for what he gave during his tenure as Vice President of the University and the conduct of its work as an Acting President.

Hnijal then congratulated everyone on the New Academic Year, which coincides with Egypt's Golden Jubilee celebrations of glorious October victories in which the Great Army of Egypt has achieved one of the greatest sacrifice epics.

Moreover, the SU President, emphasized the need for students to make every effort to obtain knowledge, stressing the idea that there are no superior faculties, but the real summit lies in the ability to achieve self-fulfillment and excellence in study, explaining that the University is not only keen on the academic knowledge, but also offers many activities and practices aimed at discovering talents and abilities.

Furthermore, Hnijal noted the proximity of the upcoming presidential elections and called on everyone to participate in this great democratic wedding, so that Egypt will appear in an honorable form before the world.

In conclusion, the SU President stressed the need to be careful when dealing with any news or information circulated on social media platforms, not to be contextualized behind rumor promoters and seditious advocates, and the need to judge the mind and thought when forming any point of view towards any subject.
