Within the framework of the General Command of the Armed Forces to raise the awareness of the Egyptian universities’ students, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawi, SU president, defense forces of popular and military organized a visit for the SU students to Galala University and Al-Galala resort under the supervision of Colonel\ Amr Hassanin, the director of the Military Education administration of the university. 

Moreover, these efforts are part of the process of consolidating the principle of citizenship and instilling a sense of patriotism in the new generations of Egypt’s youth so that they can meet all the cultural and intellectual challenges of the modern period. 

Furthermore, this visit included Galala University, Galala’s mountain promenade, Galala's cable car, panorama restaurant, mountain games zone, marina yachts, and aqua park. 

Student participants and the supervisory body were impressed by the number of achievements and the magnitude of projects carried out on the land of the Galala's hills. They also thanked the command of the popular and military defense forces for providing these great opportunities to see the progress and growth that the country has gone through in various sectors.
