In a competitive changeable environment, knowledge is recognized as a weapon for survive. Therefore, my vision focuses on Knowledge as the only Gate to Excellence. Although, developing meaningful; suitable methodologies; and theories to enhance performance through sharing knowledge; open innovative to be effective professor in the business administration filed. Hence, I’ve accomplished this first target to be a professor of operation management. Therefore, I’m looking forward to improving my research & project areas to help in solving obstacles it the society and to publish my research within aspect journals. Likewise, globalization affects education sessions through using new methods based on computers application; and research, which, require willingness to change. Indeed, this requires from me to improve my teaching skills therefore I’m seeking to join specialised training and to hold specialised certificates in operation management and quality assurance that would led me to continue improvement.
