Prof. Dr. Mohamed Saber Al-Sabbagh, Dean of the Faculty, met with teaching staff members and associated staff, in the presence of the Vice-Deans and Prof. Dr. Yahya Youssef Musleh, Director of the Quality Unit, in the faculty’s conference hall at 12 noon. During the meeting, the Dean instructed:

- Monitoring research and student laboratories under the supervision of the heads of academic departments, with the direct presence and oversight of associated staff within the academic departments.

- To prepare for the visit by the University’s Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre to the Faculty, scheduled for Wednesday, 8 April 2025.

- To increase participation rates in the questionnaires for teaching staff members and associated staff.

Prof. Dr. Yahya Youssef Musleh, Director of the Faculty’s Quality Unit, then gave a presentation outlining the work schedule for the coming phase, including the requirements and deadlines, and expressed his willingness to assist teaching staff members and associated staff who are encountering difficulties in finalizing course files or matters relating to the standards. He thanked the heads of the standards committees who had finalized and submitted the standards by the specified deadline, and also thanked the faculty’s associated staff, comprising teaching assistants and assistant lecturers.

He also outlined the steps taken and explained what had been achieved, emphasizing that we are in a critical period requiring effort to complete what has been achieved in the journey towards accreditation. He further emphasized the importance of Dean’s directives regarding the necessity of ensuring the readiness of student laboratories.
