Under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, President of the University, and the supervision of Prof. Ezz El-Din Hussein Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and with the kind hospitality of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Hamza Hassan, Acting Dean of the Faculty, an awareness seminar entitled "Non-Banking Financial Awareness" was organized In accordance with the cooperation protocol signed between the Supreme Council of Universities and the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Dr. Yasmine Nagi, a certified trainer from the Financial Supervisory Authority, presented the seminar. The seminar covered several main topics, including the financial system, the establishment of the Financial Supervisory Authority, Personal Finance and Financial Planning, Capital markets, Insurance, Real estate financing, Financial leasing, Factoring, Consumer financing, Project financing, and Transferable guarantees.

The seminar was held in the conference hall of the Faculty of Fish Resources, and was attended by Prof. Al-Azab Mohamed Tahoun, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Ragab, Student Activities Coordinator, and many faculty students.
