Suez University's GELA GREEN team wins 

It was conducted under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Osama Qaddour, Dean of the Faculty of Fish Resources, Dr. Mohamed Aziz, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Information and Coordinator of the Fund for the Care of Innovators and Talents at Suez University, the Gela Green team from the Faculty of Fish Resources participated with their "Smart Solutions for Food Packaging" project.

The team consists of:

The team previously participated in the Start-up Olympics competition (sponsored by the Fund for the Care of Innovators and Talents) at the University of Suez and won first place. The team then qualified to compete in the competitive qualifiers at the Suez Canal region level.

The team was selected among 55 teams at the national level. The team received funding of 1,500,000 Egyptian pounds from the Gen Z program on the dmc channel to implement the project idea.
