 At the Faculty of Fish Resources, the master's thesis submitted by researcher Asmaa Hamada Al-Said, entitled "The Quality of Processed Seafood Products," was discussed.

The thesis was supervised by:

The judging and discussion committee consisted of:

The thesis addressed the use of shrimp and shellfish of low economic value in the production of seafood snacks of high nutritional value using microwave technology and studied their storage stability for a period of three months.

At the end of the discussion, the committee recommended awarding a master's degree in the program of manufacturing, quality control and safety of fish and fish products from the Department of Fish Processing Technology.
