Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Osama Qaddour, Dean of the Faculty, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Mohamed Saeed, Vice Dean for Graduate Studies and Research, this was the third scientific discussion panel for the academic year 2024-2025, moderated by Dr. Reham Hijazi, Coordinator of Scientific Discussion Panels at the Faculty.

Prof. Dr. Ameema Mamoun, Professor in the Department of Fish Processing Technology, discussed the effect of pathogenic bacteria that can be transmitted through the consumption of fesikh and how to avoid this by using proper health methods and food safety principles. The seminar also addressed scientific research in the Department of Fish Processing Technology to apply modern technology to achieve the highest quality fesikh production and ensure health and safety.
