Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ismail Fathallah, Director of the University Quality Assurance Centre, made his first internal review visit to follow up on the accreditation of the Central Laboratory at the Faculty of Fish Resources in accordance with ISO 17025. He began the meeting with Prof. Dr. Osama Qaddour, the Dean of the Faculty, to assess the laboratory's status. The visit then continued with a meeting with the Executive Director of the project, Prof. Dr. Amima Mamoun, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Shibl, Internal Follow-up Officer, Dr. Hagar Dagish, Director of the Quality Unit at the Faculty and Quality Officer at the Central Laboratory, and Dr. Yasmine Al-Barbari, Deputy Executive Director and Quality Manager at the Faculty, Assistant Lecturer/ Tasnim Essam, and Teaching Assistant/ Mohamed Riad, Quality and Technical Works Assistant, in the central laboratory meeting room to discuss the items on the checklist in detail. His Excellency recommended the necessary amendments to facilitate the accreditation process.
