The Faculty of Fish Resources organizes a seminar “"Rumors and Their Negative Role on Youth and Society”

Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharklawi, SU president, Prof. Dr. Osama Qadour, the dean of the Faculty of Fish Resources, saw a seminar entitled “Rumors and Their Negative Role on Youth and Society”. The seminar was lectured by Dr. Ola Amer, assistant professor of the radio and television department of the Faculty of Media at Suez University. In addition, this seminar was held in the Faculty Conference Hall. It was attended by Prof. Dr. Alaa Alddin Younis, the undersecretary of post-graduate Studies and Research and the general coordinator of Student Activities at the university, Dr. Mohammed Saber Al-Sabbagh, the undersecretary for education and student affairs, and students of the faculty.

The symposium addressed the impact of rumors on the fate of States and people, where rumors contribute to spreading chaos and denouncing community peace, noting that rumors clearly affect the national economy while considering how to fight rumors electronically and reduce the spread of negative and destructive ideas.
