Assistant Secretaries

  • Monitor and follow-up on the implementation of administrative work of the University and ensures that it is accomplished in accordance with the agreed operational objectives in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and professionalism and ensures compliance with all the systems, regulations and policies adopted by the University.
  • Follow up on development proposals on the University's procedures and working systems.
  • It is certainly directed that all business outputs contribute to the public good of society.
  • Follow up on the paper or electronic documentation of all data, documents, archives, and documents of the University.
  • Participates in the elaboration of the general framework of plans to ensure the proper functioning of the university, which ensures the achievement of the objectives established within the limits of the authorizations conferred upon it and submits them to the Secretary of the University.
  • Contributes to the development of the University's general administrative policies.
  • Represents the University in various meetings, committees, and conferences in the field of work in the light of the mandates and authorization given to him.
  • Undertaken administrative powers and responsibilities within the limits of the authorizations conferred upon him.
  • Follow up on plans to develop the university's labor systems and follow up on their implementation.
  • Participates in or chairs administrative committees within the limits of the authorizations given to him.
