Suez University, for its vision and objectives, is now rapidly and continuously upgrading and developing in all aspects and fields in terms of modern buildings, construction, and faculties that are opened annually, as well as the infrastructure, information, and pioneering in various disciplines to serve the Suez Canal community and neighboring governorates. In a short time, the University has been able to serve as the source of progress for all sectors of the surrounding society through the development of study programs and the excellence of the University's unique disciplines compared to other universities as well as new disciplines needed by students, researchers, and society, besides international students from various Arab and African nationalities.

- Follow up on development proposals about the University's procedures and working systems.

-he stressed and directed that all business outputs contribute to society’s interest.

-Follow up on the paper or electronic documentation of all data, records, and documents of the University.

-Participates in the development of the general framework of plans to ensure the proper functioning of the University, which ensures the achievement of the objectives laid down and presents them to the SU President.
-Represents the University in various meetings, committees, and conferences in the field of work.
-Directs the preparation of the University's draft general budget, the budgeting of posts, and the follow-up of its implementation.
-Directs the follow-up of all administrative, financial, engineering, and human resources management work at the university.
-Works to ensure the University's organizational and institutional stability.
-Formulates and defines action plans within the secretariat of the University Council and follows up on the implementation of decisions issued by it.
-Directs the preparation of periodic reports on the University's financial, administrative, and engineering work.
-Directs the development of the system of operational programs for the maintenance, and follow-up of the University's buildings.
-Participates in or chairs different committees within the limits of the University Organizing Law and its Executive Regulations.
-Directs the development of the University's Transport Operating Management System in line with working conditions, meets its working needs, and follows up on its achievement.
-Reviews tenders, auctions, and practices for faculties, university cities, and the General Department of Procurement and Warehouses.
-Directs the audit of the use of financial and in-kind resources to ensure the protection of the University's funds and property and oversees the development of action plans aimed at increasing the efficiency of work and rationalizing expenditure.
-Adopts all financial and administrative studies of the University within the framework of the State's strategic plan.
-Supervises the preparation of statistics on the accounts of banks, private funds, and all accounts balances of the university.
