Dean`s word:

The SU Faculty of Media and Communication Technology has an ideal equation that enables it to be the first Egyptian, Arab, and African Media Faculty despite its newness.  When you have students who excel in nature in a few numbers, a selected group of staff members, associated staff, employees, technical preparations, equipment, laboratories, classrooms, studios, digital editing hall, and the latest Malty Media Factories, you can only have a great goal of being the first media faculty in Egypt, the Arab world and Africa in the next four years. Therefore, the faculty aims at approaching the world level in Europe and the United States in media education and approaching the spirit of the digital age in the fields of media; education, research, and training, and taking your students' hands to the shortest ways to the future of media. You also must seek to influence the social environment and the region in which Suez University is located.

In sum, this goal, which we have undertaken before Prof. Dr. Abdul Azim Al-Sharqawi, SU President, has become the subject of consensus by all sides. Thus, each party has begun to fulfill its duties to achieve this goal.

The leadership of Suez University is highly conscious, represented by Prof. Dr. Al Sharkawi, who has provided everything needed for the faculty and always promises more, and the faculty is preparing a new bylaw approaching the regulations of the international media faculties for the bachelor's degree and has presented the bylaw of the Digital Media Master Program to the Sector Committee. The faculty staff members update the academic content of each course annually and the talents of students are practically refined to produce content with almost every course of study for every student. Most importantly, our students believed in this goal and each of them appeared to learn with their project, hoping to be like Marc Zuckerberg Arabs, Bill Gates Middle East, Jeff Bezos, or Steve Jobs...

Perhaps the report of the Media Studies Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities, which came after the College's field visit, indicates that we are on track to achieve this goal with God's permission.
