College of Technology and Education Celebrates Academic Accreditation for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Program

The College of Technology and Education at Suez University celebrated on October 7, 2025, by hosting a university breakfast for all college personnel, including faculty members and administrative staff, in commemoration of the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning program receiving academic accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education.

This achievement represents a milestone in the college's academic journey, as it becomes the third program to receive accreditation following the Electrical Power and Machinery program and the Civil and Architectural Construction program, reflecting the college's steadfast commitment to academic quality standards and institutional excellence.

Special Recognition

The celebration featured special honors for Professor Afaf Youssef Mohamed Abdel Majid and Professor Hassanein El-Sayed Hassanein, in appreciation of their distinguished and dedicated efforts in supporting the college. Smiles appeared on the honorees' faces as they received commemorative shields, amid enthusiastic applause from attendees expressing gratitude and appreciation for their diligent contributions.

Dean's Remarks

Professor Hossam El-Din Mostafa Attia, Dean of the College, delivered a moving speech in which he praised the efforts of all staff and academic leaders in achieving this distinguished accomplishment, emphasizing that success is the fruit of collective work based on cooperation and dedication. He added that this celebration is not merely a recognition of an academic achievement, but rather an affirmation of the spirit of one family that unites the college members, calling on everyone to continue their contributions to achieve further successes.

Dozens of group commemorative photographs were taken of the attendees, amid laughter and jubilation reflecting the overwhelming joy at the achievement, as everyone was keen to document these historic moments in the college's journey.
