Textile Program Mission
 Textile Technology Program is committed to preparing a qualified graduate in accordance with the reference academic standards in the field of textile technology to meet the needs of the local and regional labor market and be able to perform scientific research, community service, and environment development within a framework of values and ethics.to perform scientific research, community service, and environment development within a framework of values and ethics.

Textile Program Strategy Goals
⦁    Achieving the state's plan to accomplish the state's interests in the renaissance of technical and technological education and the advancement of graduates. 
⦁    Providing the student with basic knowledge of scientific and practical theories that the graduate needs to be able to work directly in textile industries.
⦁    Developing the student's practical abilities through his studies in the faculty's workshops and laboratories and training on various devices and machines. 
⦁    Improving the student's abilities and making him able to use his scientific and practical theories to develop his experiences through brainstorming with utter commitment to professional ethics. 
⦁    Directing support towards applied scientific research stemming from the state’s plan and national trends focusing on creativity, leadership and innovation.
⦁    Paying attention to provide the community needs in terms of technical consulting, training programs and/or scientific seminars required for those in charge of such industries. 
⦁    Continuous improvement of student services, raising the level of students' competitiveness in labor market and activating communication mechanisms with graduates to detect their needs or increase their skills.
⦁    Enhancing social responsibility in order to contribute in sustainable development through scientific research and optimal utilization of internal or external cooperation to achieve the national state trends.
