Criteria for Selection of Ambassadors of Excellence

- These are the common guiding principles that unite all stakeholders associated with the Egypt Award for Government Excellence. They are important for the way of working, public behavior, and agreed ethics.

- Transparency. We believe in the importance of disclosing all basic procedures and enhancing the level of accountability and governance for all award processes.

- Working as a team with clear goals and results and through an understandable work system that places the provision of support to each member of the team at the top of its priorities.

- Valuable addition to providing solutions and support in all possible ways to ensure that the needs and expectations of all concerned are met by the best international practices.

- Mastery. We do our work perfectly by international standards of quality assurance.

- The main murals are the group of relevant knowledge, skills and capabilities that lead to the basic behaviors expected of the ambassadors' coordinators of excellence of government entities nominated for the Egypt Awards for Government Excellence.

- The dynamic of the teamwork. the ability to coordinate work with others and guide by providing clear guidance and feedback and encouraging and demonstrating appreciation for the contributions of other members of the teamwork.

- The ability to work collaboratively with others by seeking to understand and make the best use of the diverse ideas of team members, working methods, skills, and backgrounds.

- The ability to promote a sense of team spirit by developing a shared understanding, accountability, and enthusiasm for the team's work.

- Ability to coordinate and guide the team's efforts and create an enabling environment and help others realize and develop their potential.

- Ability to adhere to planned schedules and time plans.

- Having the ability to coordinate and supervise the application process with the Authority's team to ensure that the requirements for the nomination of the Award are met at the specified times.

- Ability to equitably distribute roles and responsibilities, considering individual strengths and workloads.

- Having the capacity to establish and assess risks and to build and implement contingency plans where necessary.

- Ability to motivate team members by encouraging their contribution to decision-making, demonstrating appreciation for their efforts, and demonstrating interest in their individual needs.
