Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sharqawi, SU President, SU organized this morning at the SU Grand Conference Hall a celebration of the Government Excellence Award. It was attended by Prof. Dr. Al-Sharqawi, SU President, SU Vice-Presidents, and deans of the faculties who participated in the prize. As well as the attendance of Mr. Khaled Mohammed Mustafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry of Planning and General Supervisor of the Government Excellence Award, and Dr. Dalia Sami, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Universities.

In his speech, SU President stated that the University's desire to implement this award stems from the belief in the importance of developing institutional performance and upgrading the efficiency of various faculties and sectors of the University to keep pace with the sustainable development strategy, which is the most important pillar of the new Republic sought to build by President Abdel Fatah Al-Sisi. Al-Sharqawi explained that 11 faculties of Suez University had participated in the competition events and then 3 faculties are announced to win the award at the internal level. They are:

- The Faculty of Technology and education.

- The Faculty of Fish Resources.

- The Faculty of Science.

Al-Sharqawi congratulated everyone, explaining that the real winner is the university as it seeks to keep up with the new and distinguished in the field of administration.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Abdul Atti Lachin, SU Vice-President for Postgraduate Affairs and Research, expressed his deep thanks to the team who participated in the success of this work as they burn the midnight oil and exerted effort with objectivity to produce the best results.

SU President then handed the awards and honoring shields to the participants from faculties and guests in the ceremony, wishing everyone the continuity of excellence.
