Today’s marketplace is characterized as a high dynamic changeable environment and place of uncertainty. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the utility of Six Sigma interventions as a performance measure through applying Knowledge Management and Lean Thinking. This paper suggests that one key element in any strategy designed to mitigate visibility. It is argued that organization “confidence” will increase in proportion to the quality of shared information.
