  3. المشاركة في اعداد وتطوير واخراج لائحة الدراسات العليا بنظام الساعات المعتمدة.

  7. التفاعل مع الطلاب من خلال الآتي:

            - تدريب الطلاب علي عرض موضوعات من اعدادهم

- تشجيع الطلبة علي القيام بالانشطة الاجتماعية المختلفة من خلال الاشراف علي الأسر الطلابية وتدعيمهم  مثل أسرة Contact  واسرة Colour

الأنشطة الجامعية والمجتمعية

  1. اعداد لائحة جديدة بنظام الساعات المعتمدة واعتمادها من لجنة القطاع الهندسي العام الجامعي 2018-2019
  2. تم الحصول علي تنازل جامعة قناة السويس عن الترقيم الدولي للمجلة العلمية للكلية  لصالح جامعة السويس– حيث ان المجلة حصلت علي الترقيم الدولي عام 1998 في وقت تبعية كلية هندسة البترول والتعدين لجامعة قناة السويس وانفصلت منذ عام 2012- الترقيم الدولي للمجلة كان باسم جامعة قناة السويس حتي تم التنازل في 18-6-2019
  3. تم تحويل مجلة الكلية من صورة ورقية خاضعة للتحكيم المحلي الي صورة الكترونية  وذلك من خلال التقدم في المبادرة  التي قدمتها اكاديمية البحث العلمي في مجال النشر العلمي بالتعاون مع بنك المعرفة المصري واصبح التحكيم بالمجلة دوليا.. كما تم تزويد هيئة التحرير بقائمة كبيرة من العلماء الدوليين  -
  4.  وقد تم الفوز بالفعل بتلك المبادرة مما اسفر عن الحصول علي المميزات التالية:
    1. انشاء موقع الكتروني للمجلة يتم من خلاله التسجيل والتقدم للابحاث وهو موقع مماثل تماما للمواقع الخاصة باعلي الدوريات العالمية والحصول علي الحساب الخاص بiTheniticate والمعني بفحص جرائم السرقات الادبية والسطو علي الملكية الفكرية
    2. تم تدريب المحررين واعدادهم لاستخدام هذا النظام
    3. الحصول علي خدمات اكاديمية البحث العلمي في مجال تدريب المكتب الفني وكذلك الخدمات الخاصة بتحرير وكتابة النسخ و الخدمات الخاصة بالنشر واعداد التقارير
  5. تم تقييم موقع المجلة من المجلس الاعلي للجامعات لتكون ضمن قائمة الدوريات المعترف بها بلجان ترقية الاساتذة والاساتذة المساعدين..  وحصلت المجلة علي 7 نقاط – وهو الحد الاقصي للنقاط للدوريات المحلية
  6. تم فهرسة المجلة ب DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journal) لتكون ابحاثها متاحة للقراءة بقواعد البيانات العالمية مما يساهم في الارتقاء بها وبالجامعة
  7. جاري التقدم للفهرسة بأهم قواعد البيانات العالمية – وهو SCOPUS مما يساهم في زيادة تصنيف الجامعة
  8. تنظيم واقامة المؤتمر الدولي الثالث عشر لهندسة المناجم والبترول والفلزات بعنوان: مستقبل الطاقة والتعدين: التحديات والرؤي المستقبلية وذلك بجامعة السويس في الفترة من 25-27 اكتوبر 2019-   تحت رعاية معالي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية  ودعم معالي رئيس الجامعة - شارك في المؤتمر عدد كبير من الدول علي مستوي العالم ولفيف كبير من رجال الصناعة في مجالات البترول والتعدين والطاقة وكان من انجح المؤتمرات التي تم تنظيمها علي مدار سنوات
