The SU Faculty of Media and Communication Technology is looking forward to being an educational, research, and knowledge-leading faculty in the fields of media studies and concreting the local society's positive culture. The faculty also aims at achieving leadership and excellence on the local, regional, and international levels.

The mission of the faculty:

The faculty’s mission is to promote media knowledge on both academic and applied levels, achieve excellence in scientific research, build scientific abilities in the field of media and public communication, and qualify an outstanding cadre who could contribute to maintaining awareness, memory, and the identity of the nation. Furthermore, the faculty is developing the abilities and skills to respond to professional and career requirements in the interest of the local, regional, and international environment to contribute to knowledge, renaissance, and inclusive development. However, the faculty is contributing to developing the Canal Governorates and Sinai and putting them in their suitable place of concern.
