Abstract If the issue of reform -in general- is a concern of many philosophers throughout the ages, then the issue of educational reform -which includes reforming the educational system in society -disturbs especially some of the educational thinkers. The teacher comes at the top of the educational reform axes. Therefore, his reform is the most important approach to reform the educational system. The current research aims to present the most important ideas and values that have been based on the dimensions of the teacher culture reform among some contemporary educational thinkers, namely: Said Ismail Ali, Sayed Ahmed Othman and Ahmed El-Mahdi Abdel Halim. The research used the descriptive method, and came to present a framework for the teacher education reform based on four axes: interest in the process of preparing the teacher within the colleges of education, his personal qualities, his innovative roles and his position in society.
