Molecular Biology: polymerase chain reaction (PCR), gel electrophoresis, Western blotting, quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR), biochemical measurements (carbohydrates, proteins, Lignin). Tissue culture techniques: Identification and Colonization of Insect Stem Cells and Tissue Culture. Other: Light, Scanning & Transmission Electron Microscopy Techniques. Mosquito Morphology, Anatomy, Histology and The Vector-Parasite relationship between mosquito & malaria.
