Based on the directives of His Excellency Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hanagel, President of the University, and under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Nermin Mohamed Abdel Halim, Dean of the Faculty of Physical Therapy, and supervised by Dr. Walaa Sawar, coordinator of student activities at the faculty, and organized by Mr. Mahmoud Al-Imam from the youth supervision in the faculty,

a seminar titled "Measures Taken Regarding the Drug Known as 'GHB' to Reduce the Phenomenon of Drug Use, Synthetic Narcotic Substances, and Compounds Leading to Addiction" was held. The seminar was delivered by Dr. Mohamed Sharif, highlighting the various types of narcotic substances from different sources, how to prevent them, the symptoms of addiction, and shedding light on GHB as a significant threat to individual and societal health, as well as how to prevent its use.A large number of students, faculty members, teaching assistants, and administrative staff attended the seminar.
