Our strategic objectives concentrate on:

1. 1. Preparing, providing, and improving a suitable environment of the work in order to develop the capacities and the skills of the administrative structure of the university.
   2. Making use of all the capacities of the faculty to teach the students the basics and techniques of computer science and information technology systems and the skills needed to do their future practical missions using everything that is new in the field of information technology.
   3. Supporting and providing the students of post-studies and research with all the capacities to understand and realize the recent concepts to improve and create new means to expanding the basic knowledge base.
   4. Constructing a huge base of specialists, encouraging scientific and applied research, and doing Innovative research in computer science and information.
   5. Providing the governmental organs, factories, the civil and investment society with everything that is new and developed in the fields of computer science and information to serve the developmental plans generally in the country and particularly in the region of Suez Gulf, Red Sea, Sinai, Suez Canal hub.
   6. Presenting consultations and experiences to companies and factories in the industrial region northwest of Suez Gulf, Red Sea, Sinai, Suez Canal hub in particular, and Egypt in general.
   7. Contributing to the software industry in design, development, and application as a promising industry that can be exported.
   8. Rehabilitating and modifying the route of the holders of other educational qualifications through continuing education programs and courses, contributing to transformative training programs to cooperate with the ministry of communication and information in order to bridge the gap between available and required specialists in the labor market of the country.
   9. Participating in the training of administrative and technical personnel in the country and community sectors in order to improve their performance and get into the mechanization of their business.
   10. Internal and external interaction with the latest updates in the computer science and information field through participating in local and international conferences, holding workshops, seminars, and conferences at the faculty.
   11. Exchange of experience and benefit through contracts and agreements concluded by the faculty with local and international scientific and practical bodies and institutions.
   12. Participation in the development of administrative work systems of the university and its faculties
   13. Contributing to the advancement of production with modern methods and techniques at the university level and in its units, as well as at the regional and state levels.
