Faculty of Computers and Information – Suez University

The Faculty of Computers and Information, Suez University, announces the opening of applications for Postgraduate Studies for the second semester of the academic year 2025/2026, starting from January 10, 2026, until January 24, 2026.

Application Methods

  • Paper submission at the Postgraduate Studies Department of the Faculty.

  • Electronic submission through the official Suez University website.

Available Programs

First: Master of Computer Science

Required Documents:

  • Bachelor’s degree certificate.

  • Academic transcript for all years of study.

  • Birth certificate or official extract.

  • Postgraduate Diploma certificate.

  • Certificate proving passing the Master’s qualifying (preparatory) courses, including a list of passed courses (for applicants registering).

  • Copy of a valid National ID card.

  • Six (6) personal photographs (4×6).

  • Employer approval for enrollment and study (for assistant staff members and researchers at Egyptian universities and research centers affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research).

  • Employer approval if the applicant is an officer in the Armed Forces or Police.

  • Military service status certificate (for male applicants).

  • A signed declaration confirming that the applicant is not enrolled in any other diploma or academic degree at the same or another Egyptian university.

  • A signed declaration committing to study leave two days per week if required by the program, according to the internal regulations.

  • Certificate of required professional experience for programs that require it, in accordance with the faculty’s internal regulations.

  • International students must apply through the “Study in Egypt” platform.

  • Two plastic folders containing all required documents (originals + two copies).

Fees:

  • Master’s tuition fees: 2689.25 EGP, in addition to 200 EGP per credit hour.

  • One-time file envelope fee: 300 EGP.

  • One-time digital photography fee: 150 EGP.

Applicants are kindly requested to ensure that all required documents are complete and submitted within the announced application period.
