Scientific Qualifications:

First university degree: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Production Division, with a general grade of “Very Good,” and a graduation project with a grade of “Excellence” in May 1976 from Helwan University, Suez Canal Branch, Port Said Faculty of Engineering.

Postgraduate studies for two years in preparation for the master’s degree in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Production, Heiwan College of Engineering. 1980.

The Thesis   entitled " Optimum Design of Productive Plants Using Work  Study Techniques ".

Doctorate degree in Philosophy of Science in Automation of Technological Processes and Production, June 1990, from the Polytechnic Institute in the city of Kalinin, Federal Republic of Russia.

Scientific progression:

1) In the period from 1/1/1978 to 11/23/1984, a teaching assistant in the Department of Basic Engineering Sciences at the college of Petroleum and Mining Engineering in Suez.
 2) From 11/24/1984 to 12/9/1990,  an assistant lecturer in the Department of Basic Engineering Sciences at the college of Petroleum and Mining Engineering in Suez.
 3) In the period from 12/10/1990,  a  lecturer in the same department in the same college.
   From 2013 until now, he was a full-time professor at the College of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, then appointed to the same position in the College of Engineering.

3) A training program for university faculty members on using the Internet at the Information and Decision Support Center of the Council of Ministers in Al-Haram - Cairo in the period from 6/19/1999 to 7/24/1999.
4) In order to prepare the system administrator to supervise and maintain the network, the following courses were attended:-
1-4) A special training course organized by Orascom in Cairo entitled “Egyptian Engineering College Libraries Automation Project,” which was held on Saturday and Sunday, May 3/4, 1997, at the Pyramisa Hotel - Cairo .
2-4) A symposium for representatives of the American company that supplies library automation programs to introduce these programs, which was held on Tuesday, May 13, 1997, at Orascom’s headquarters in Cairo.
3-4) A training course for university teaching staff on using the Internet at the Information Technology Institute in Al-Haram, affiliated with the Information and Decision Support Center at the Council of Ministers in Cairo, which was held for 6 days in the period from 6/19/1999 to 6/24/1999.
