  • Project Title: “Complete production of innovated and value-added metallic and plastic medical implants”
  • My role in the Project:
  • Monitoring and participating in the production of Ti-6Al-4V implants (knee and hip joint) by investment casting technique.
  • Investigation of investment cast Ti-6Al-4V implants (hip joint and knee).

CMRDI with Industrial Partner from 2010 t0 2014

  1.  Participation in a work in CMRDI in collaboration with SEBMATEC (The Egyptian-German Company for Engineering Industries and Professional Welding), aims at studying the weldability of austembered ductile iron (ADI).

 Participating in a work in CMRDI in collaboration with United Company for Foundries (U.C.F.), aims at upgrading service performance of high Cr white irons grinding media for cement and mineral processing industries through enhancing impact toughness and wear resistance at acceptable cost.
