The Council of the Faculty of Dentistry convened under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Shaza Hammad, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of:

• Prof. Dr. Amira Fares – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

• Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Mahfouz – Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Randa El-Sherbini – Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Atef – Acting Head of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

• Dr. Mina Maher – Director of Primary Healthcare at the Directorate of Health Affairs.

• Dr. Edward Emile – General Director of the Dental Administration.

The Dean of the Faculty commenced the meeting by welcoming the council members, expressing her appreciation for their continuous efforts in supporting the faculty and enhancing the educational, research, and community service processes.

During the meeting, the Council discussed several academic and administrative topics concerning student affairs and faculty members' affairs. It also reviewed the preparations for the summer semester, mechanisms for student registration and course availability, and the monitoring of academic attendance to ensure the smooth operation of the educational process, alongside discussing various organizational and administrative items listed on the agenda.

Furthermore, the Council witnessed constructive and fruitful discussions reflecting the keenness of all members to develop the faculty's work system and serve the best interests of the students
