The Council of the Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine at Suez University held its meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Shaza Hammad, Dean of the Faculty, and in the presence of:

• Prof. Dr. Amira Fares – Acting Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

• Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Mahfouz – Acting Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Randa Hamed El-Sherbiny – Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Atef – Acting Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department.

• Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Sayed – Acting Head of the Endodontics Department and Director of the Academic Registration and Advising Unit.

The Dean commenced the meeting by extending her sincere congratulations and best wishes to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Randa Hamed El-Sherbiny on the occasion of her appointment as the Acting Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, wishing her continued success in her new role.

The Council also expressed its deep gratitude and appreciation to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Atef Hamouda for his sincere efforts and distinguished contributions during his tenure as Vice Dean, acknowledging his effective impact on the faculty's progress.

During the session, the Council discussed several academic and administrative matters, including student affairs and faculty member concerns. Furthermore, preparations for the second-semester exams were reviewed to ensure a smooth and orderly educational process, in line with the faculty's commitment to achieving the highest standards of academic quality and excellence
