On Tuesday 2022/3/1, under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al Sharkawi, SU President, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hany Shalaby, Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, the faculty held its first aid training course for its students with the attendance of faculty staff and associated staff, and all employees of the faculty.

Some lectures were presented by Prof. Dr. Mervat Al-Shahat, the dean of the SU Nursing Institute through which she tackled practical simulations of many first aid services for CPR, shocks, losing consciousness, and suffocation, as well as important lectures for first aid cases of burns, bleeding, fractures, and sunstrokes and how to deal with them.

At the end of the day, Prof. Dr. Dean of the Faculty thanked Dr. Mervat Al-Shahat, while all attendees were pleased with the information provided, the simple explanation, and the practical simulation through which the life of anyone in an accident or emergency could be saved.
