Organized by Prof. Dr. Amira Fares – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development,

Within the framework of Suez University’s Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine's commitment to providing educational services to school students and raising oral health awareness, the faculty, in cooperation with the Suez Medical Administration, organized an awareness convoy to Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Elementary School in Al-Ganayen district on Sunday, February 15, 2026.

Participants in the convoy included:

• Prof. Dr. Amira Elham Fares – Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.

• Dr. Mai Al-Helougy – Lecturer in the Department of Oral Biology.

• Dr. Nada Gamal – Teaching Assistant in the Department of Oral Pathology.

• Dr. Alaa Abaza – Teaching Assistant in the Department of Oral Pathology.

With the participation of third-year students (Ahmed Moanes, Ahmed Abdel Moneim, Basmala Ali, and Abeer Wael), the students delivered an outstanding presentation and a detailed explanation of oral hygiene and dental care to several classes. Additionally, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and educational brochures were distributed to the students.

This visit is part of the Faculty of Dentistry’s ongoing community service activities aimed at spreading health culture, particularly in remote areas.
