1. Review Admission Requirements

2. Chest X-ray

Perform a chest X-ray at a government hospital. In case this is not possible, the student may have the X-ray taken at Suez University Hospital.

3. Booking the Medical Examination Appointment

Students must book their medical examination appointment through the aforementioned link, pay the medical exam fees, and attend the examination to complete the required documents according to the announced schedule.

4. Technical Support for Booking and Payment

If a student is unable to complete the medical examination booking online, they can go to the computer labs at the Faculty of Computers and Informatics at the university, where the technical support team will be available to assist them in completing the booking and payment procedures.

5. Undergoing the Medical Examination

After completing the booking, the student should report to the Medical Administration at the University Hospital to finalize the medical examination procedures.

6. Submission of Documents at the Nominated Faculty

Following the medical examination, the student must proceed to the faculty they are nominated to join to submit the required papers and documents. Details regarding the required documents can be accessed via the medical examination booking link on the official Suez University page.

7. Digital Photography

Upon completing the submission of the required documents, the student shall proceed to the University's Digital Photography Unit to finalize the remaining procedures
