- Taking measures for carrying out the decisions of post- graduate studies and researches council.
- Taking measures for the invitation of foreign experts and professors, receiving foreign scientific delegations and organizing their visits.
- Taking the requisite measures for the financial support of the teaching staff from the Scientific Research Academy.
- Taking the necessary measures for issuing passports whether for a mission or private for the teaching staff.
- Preparing annual statistics for conferences during the year.
